We are so grateful to the MacCauley family for their continued sponsorship of the food at this year's festival, in memory of their beloved Paddy.  Paddy our friend and beekeeper, passed away in June and he is sorely missed by us all.  He loved the Festival for the camraderie, community and most of all the craic.  This year, his great friend Alan the Fishman will be there with his legendary fish and chip van.  We know that Paddy would be happy that we remember him as we enjoy the best of food in the best company.  Rest in Peace Paddy.
